Director: Federico Mazzarisi<\/strong> Rubble is what remains after an earthquake. What was a perfect, furnished house suddenly becomes just dust and rubble. There are those who see a past world from that rubble, and those who see a new world. Nino has arrived at the ruins of the Grand Hotel to look for his mother Azzurra, who abandoned him a few years earlier. Nino arrived there to take her home, and get answers. But there he finds a person he didn’t expect: Malatesta, a boy of his age who seems to be having a relationship with his mother. Azzurra, together with him and the boy’s uncle, Pasqualone, wants to fix up the hotel, to bring it back to the glories of the past.
